This elegant family residence showcases the full breadth of House of Clarence's 2nd fix expertise. From the Victorian geometric entrance tiles to the bold chinoiserie home office, every space has been thoughtfully curated with premium fixtures and finishes.

The open-plan kitchen and living area forms the heart of the home, featuring bespoke navy shaker cabinetry with brushed brass hardware, a cream quartz island, and smoked glass pendant lighting. A statement brass candelabra chandelier presides over the dining space, whilst floor-to-ceiling glazing floods the room with natural light.

Throughout the residence, we installed a cohesive material palette: aged brass fixtures and switch plates, cream large-format floor tiles, and elegant wall panelling in sage green and mint tones. The formal living room features traditional wall mouldings complemented by a contemporary multi-arm brass chandelier.

The bathroom showcases our artisan approach with blush vertical wall tiles paired with striking green Moroccan-patterned floor tiles, a wall-hung vanity in duck egg blue, and brass tapware with LED backlit oval mirrors.
