The project encompassed a complete interior renovation across five floors, including a dramatic basement extension that dramatically expands the living space.

The basement level houses a versatile wellness studio with Crittall-style glazing, accessed via a sculptural floating oak staircase with glass balustrades. Throughout the property, we installed elegant wall panelling, herringbone parquet flooring, and statement lighting including sculptural brass chandeliers and contemporary pendants.
